Hello!

I have just started the 80/10/10 diet and so far have found it
to be easy despite the detoxing. I've been dabbling into the
raw lifestyle for about a year now and was eating 50-70% raw
per day. However, I was doing high fat, not realizing it. I
just found out through a live blood cell analysis that I have
candida issues, something I think I've been battling with for
probably half of my life. After reading The 80/10/10 Diet, I
decided to cut out the fat and add more fruit to my diet. So
Sunday, July 8th, I started the 80/10/10 diet full force. I am
eating 100% raw...Fruit for breakfast, fruit for lunch,
cucumbers and tomatoes for snacks (If I feel I need a snack)
and fruit and greens for dinner. I'm pretty much eating like
the book states. However, I have a few concerns. My teeth have
been hurting a lot, almost like I have cavities. Is this
normal? Is this a part of detoxing? Will my teeth stop hurting
soon? I'm also experiencing sugar crashes shortly after I eat
my fruit meals. Is this normal? Will my body adjust to the
fruit? And I'm having a lot of headaches shortly after I eat a
meal. Is this part of detoxing?

I've been logging in my meals on nutridiary.com,and I'm not
doing too much fat. I'm actually averaging about 5-7% fat per
day. I'm thinking I may need to add a little more fat in my
daily intake. What do you think? Any answers you can give me
will be greatly appreciated.
