thank you. I am 23 years old. I always thought I was in good health until I started eating raw. I learned that I was eating way too much fat and that I had candida (acne and chronic yeast infections). I was always sick as well with ear infections and bad colds every few months. I was always exhausted taking long naps in the middle of the day and drinking lots of caffeine just to get through school. I also drank a lot of alcohol and smoked occasionally, activities that I have cut 100% out of my life. I also took prescription anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medications since I was 15 years old which is something that I cut out almost a year ago as a started transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. The only other thing I can think of is that I had an appendectomy when I was 11. A year ago I had what I suspect was a kidney stone but in the hospital they didn't do any tests and told me I was just having back cramps. 2 months after being vegan (half raw) I had a diagnosed kidney stone that felt very much like what I experienced last year which is why I feel like I've had two incidences of kidney stones. Since transitioning to a high raw diet (one small cooked meal a week) I feel wonderful, haven't been sick all year and haven't experienced any problems except for the decreased sex drive. Thanks for taking the time to listen =)
