Hello Douglas,

I am 19 years old, 6 foot 3 and weigh 146 pounds.
So here is my dilemma at the moment. I have been on your diet for 2 months now and have never felt better. Apart from the reoccurring knee, hip and back injuries I have (obviously not caused by the diet), I feel great! But my parents strongly believe that I should not be on this diet because they say I have not fully grown yet and they believe that this diet is meant for ADULTS who have fully grown. They also say that I am too skinny (I was already a very skinny guy with a high metabolism). That is why they want me to stop this diet and they think I should be eating "high protein" foods like chicken and fish. Anyways I tried to convince them otherwise but there the one's paying for my food. So we had a compromise and I eat my breakfast, lunch, and dinner all fruit, I have my salad at dinner time but on top of that I eat my regular lunch and dinner that my family makes(rice with chicken or fish, etc....).....

I just wanted to ask you if there is a certain minimum age requirement for this diet?

Also if you agree with the method my parents are proposing?
