For the longest time I've made sure to have at least 9 hours to devote to sleep and most of the time my body would take full advantage of that... and even more sometimes. Lately though, for the past week I've only been getting about 7.5 hours of sleep even though I have plenty of time to devote to sleep. My body just wakes up after 7.5 hours all refreshed and everything seems fine. It just seems weird to me all of a sudden to not sleep for as long. Anyone else have experiences like this?
