Hello I am a bit frustrated with a recent issue I've been having - not sure if there is a food component to it. I've noticed that my desire for sex has greatly diminished sometimes I don't desire it at all and other times if I do feel the desire I am unable to 'get wet' which never used to be a problem for me before. I feel great other than that, this change in diet has improved so much for me and I feel great but as far as sex goes I'm having issues. I wonder if there is something I am missing in my diet, or if it's just stress or some other non food related element in my life. Someone mentioned not enough Omega 3 but I don't know...any advice would be appreciated
