If you are in a hole and want to get out, you must first stop digging. Your health situation is temporary. The diet is low-fat fruits and greens, fruits being things with seeds including low-calorie fruits like tomatoes. Being in Georgia, you have an advantage with warm weather. I would grow weeds like dandelions. Fruits take longer to grow, such as a tree. If you have land and time, grow fruit trees and other fruits. Bananas are the least expensive calorie-dense fruit to purchase. Buy as much organic as possible. Buy in bulk (in boxes). Don't worry about what others choose. All you can do is educate and only supply as much raw fruits and greens as you can. You should not need any supplementation.
