you are probably eating very little anyhow.
As Doug says, exercise is the key to knocking youself
out like a light each night! And depriving youself of
energy and sleep is no way 80/10/10, no matter what
you are doing with your diet.
15% bodyfat is a very ambitious goal (though a good
one). I do not think it would be possible without
vigorous exercise; at least, you would be quite
scrawny and weak if you did it without.
Why not re-read 80/10/10 Diet, or Nutritional
Performance? Doug considers we are not 80/10/10 if we
fail to burn 40% of our daily cals through physical
activity (of any kind).
apologies if you are a regular athlete already.
But your first priority must be to eat/sleep enough to
have energy for life :)
