Hi,
Kezi returned home yesterday with a fever over 100 so
is resting up today. She says she doesn't mix melon
with anything and doesn't eat acidic fruits with sweet
ones. She eats fruit breakfast and lunch...mainly mono
meals of bananas, dates, mangoes, nectarines,
persimmons. In the evening she eats a salad with
fruit. When she ate bananas alone for a week her
bloating went down but she never shifted the lower
hard lump, but she says she wasn't eating enough
during that time. Then she ate fruit alone for a
couple of weeks...maybe some bloating. Then she
introduced salad in the late afternoons....then she
returned to evening training and was eating at about
7.30-8 in the evening..this does seem to have worsened
the bloating. Please see my previous note regarding
the puffiness also.
Many, many thanks
Jo
