I have never had a medical diagnosis for it, but all my life I have had allergic reactions to certain foods. The ridges on the roof of my mouth get swollen and excruciatingly tender, even to the point of skin peeling off. Well, that used to happen, I haven't had a reaction since I started eating raw food!

If you have burning mouth syndrome, I hope raw food gives you relief soon.
