Subject:         Can't Sleep With A Calorie Defecit

Hi Dr. Graham.

When I run even a small calorie deficit (200 calories/day) I find I can't sleep.

This was true on every diet I've tried before 80/10/10, and it's still true after 6 months on 80/10/10.

I sleep very little, and feel utterly exhausted while maintaining this deficit...I do lose weight, but it's horrible.

I want to get my body fat down to 15 percent, but I'm stuck around 25.

I follow 80/10/10 perfectly, including fruit and greens.

I've tried adding more fat and eating less fat.

I've tried eating more nuts and seeds or no nuts and seeds.

Nothing seems to make a difference.

What can I do?
