Subject:         Low Vitamin B12 and Ferritin levels

Dr Graham I have been a low-fat 85% raw food vegan for several years and I've just had another physical. My B12 was 124 and my ferritin level was 5. According to the chart normal B12 is over 180 and ferritin is over 10. Do you think these are accurate "normal" levels? I had a low ferritin level even when I was a meat eater. I have just switched to 811 for good and I'm wondering if these numbers will finally correct themselves.
