Cooking for others: I'm not married or have a family of my own, but my dad and sisters do their own preparation. I couldn't use a stove for cooking again, unless I had nothing else to eat. I can't go backwards. Your success: You can tell them how great you feel while being raw. How can they complain about that? Predictions: I can predict what will happen to them, but they have to choose their own path. I tell them about predictions based on trends. Eventually, we the strong will have to carry the weak. Feedback: I'm so happy for feedback of successful people like Doug Graham. Chronic disease is an accumulation, a slow decline, so the feedback is not immediate, which is why there is resistance. However, the feedback for me is watching people on the standard western diet over time. They are not lean, strong, fit, and healthy. I want to be lean, strong, fit, and healthy. Also, the massive slaughter of animals is feedback.
