Have confidence. Confidence is very important. Confidence, confidence, confidence.

Tell them that you love them. You can predict their outcome. I did much observation of trends, and it's easy to predict people's future. All you can do is educate and let them choose their destiny.

I wouldn't cook for them. Let them cook for themselves. If it's too much work for them, tell them to simplify and eat raw foods. It's so much easier and healthier. Cut and eat, and wash when there's sand and dirt.

Ask them how can they expect to decrease the toxic load by increasing the toxins. As a Christian, you can say that just as you can't fight against God because it results in failure, you can't fight against nature because it results in failure. If you break the laws of nature, nature will break you. You can say that you're doing what successful people are doing because you want what they have. Accumulation is the key word, either accumulation of health or accumulation of sickness. Ask them which one they want. Ask them how they expect to succeed by repeating other people's mistakes. It amazes me that people keep repeating the same mistakes over and over. People have so much more potential than what I see in a nursing home or assisted living home. People should be getting leaner, stronger, fitter, and healthier like Doug Graham.

I got my confidence by listening to Doug Graham's audios. I also listened to Durianrider, Michael Arnstein, and Andrew Perlot. You are not doing a Lewis and Clark expedition. You are just following other people's success. The road is well paved.
