I appreciate your response and any help you can offer and would be open to a private consultation if you do that over the phone or by email. It would be worth it for me because your book has made an amazing change in my life in just a few weeks and I'd hate to have to stop when it's just beginning. I didn't want to clutter up the email by giving you too much information but may I should have: I've been diagnosed with a positive anti-nuclear antibody count, although the last time I had it checked, the titre was very low. I eat mostly organic and think that perhaps that's why it decreased so much. My doctor couldn't tell me what triggered it, only that it wasn't any of the known illnesses that they could check for. It's not lupus, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Except for the hives, I haven't felt this good in years. I think I didn't react on Sunday because I took the Benedryl on Saturday. I'm not a big fan of drugs but I was wondering if I took the antihistamine for a while and continued to eat the fruit, if that would be harmful? I too thought it was unusual that it happened with all 3 fruits - that's why I kept changing them. If it's detox related, I could continue to eat the fruit, using the antihistamine until it works its way out. Again, I appreciate your thoughts and if it may be more helpful to provide a private consultation, please let me know. Rebecca
