Hives are typically part of a cleansing reaction, but there may be other issues involved. Each fruit has its own specific immunoglobulins, and it is unlikely that you began reacting to all of them at once, especially when you have been eating these fruits all your life, as you mention.
I wouldn't begin to diagnose here, based upon this small amount of information about yourself, but can say that you likely have two or more options open.
Fasting for a short period, such as the fast I offer in Sedro Woolley each September, may be sufficient to allow your body to heal without going through the hives reaction. I have seen such positive responses before when faced with this issue. The other option is to stay away from all foods that set off a reaction, for a period of time, while eating as cleanly as possible during the interim.
I can offer some private guidance for the second option, if you wish it.
A third option might be to eat an extremely simple diet of mostly fruit, and just grin and bare the resultant hives. I don't recommend that approach, as hives can be intolerable, and sometimes even dangerous to endure.
