Subject:         sprouted beans and grains

Dr. Graham. What is your opinion about eating sprouted legumes and grains? I have eaten sprouted mung beans and green French legumes as well as red winter wheat berries. I mixed them with other greens and eat them, and like them. Then I remember reading your book about legumes and grains as food that is not meant for human consumption (because we could only consume them by cooking). But what about if we sprouted them? Are they now considered as part of “vegetable” group? I also heard someone speak that you should not eat sprouted uncooked and together with fruit (they didn't give reason). Thanks.
