Bruce Lee does not seem to have been inclined to even eat a cooked vegan diet but the man had developed amazingly explosive power and strength- able to do a V-sit on his hands and straight arm a 75 lb weight for 2 minutes, and kick a 300 lb. bag to the ceiling in spite of what seems to have been a marginal diet by our standards. THis is not a question about doubt in the lfrv way but a question about training and tenacity. A friend that I used to work with who was an accomplished body builder once told me that it is important to rotate your workouts to give muscle groups time to recover. when I asked what happens if you excursive the same muscle groups everyday he said that the muscles "grow inside". We were working and didn't have time to go into detail. Just interested in your thoughts on this. I'll leave it there for now. Thanks!
