You really need to come to Health and Fitness Week, Benas. I teach all the principles of sound training and body sculpting there, and teach you how to do the exercises that will help you reach your physique and fitness goals. Training is ultra specific. You get better at doing whatever it is you are doing. So, in this case, you'll get better at doing those squats. You likely can't burn more than about 800 calories in an hour, tops. How long does 600 squats take you? You can do the math from there. Whether you build muscular strength or muscular endurance will depend upon the nature of the exercises you choose, and the way you perform them. The greater the number of repetitions, the more you favor m. endurance over m. strength.
