Thanks for advice. What do you think about hindu squats (by Matt Furey). I do 600 in one set, 4 times a week and after this exercise I feel super exhausted. As well as my hunger drive gets enormous and even on 3000 calories a day I feel unsatisfied. How do you think how much calories such intensity exercise burns? Should I incorporate hindu squats while emphasizing muscle building? So, if I perform bodyweight exercises like pushups, leg raises, squats, alond with maximum weight training will I build muscle or more endurance?
