Yes, you can increase muscle mass, but you must do the proper exercises for that to happen. For size increases, you really need to do at least some exercises that are super heavy for you, ones where you can only manage 1-5 reps, at the most. Sure, your body weight exercises are useful, but for muscle size to develop at top speed, you need to push to failure.
