"Whenever we talk about a percentage, it is important to specify what it is relative to". This can mean that 5 percent is enough or is not enough, depending on the base that it is relative to. In your case the base are calories. In order that 5 percent be enough you have to consume enough calories. Your calorie intake does not look adequate to me. Aim for 45-50 calories (kcal) per kg of body weight.
