Oops! Meant to say winter/early spring gets tedious with bananas as a staple, but I just love the variety of the remainder of the year (9+ months out of the year it's a breeze!). It takes time and practice, that's for sure. Making relationships with local farms and grocers . . . growing some of my own . . . learning what foods love me back . . . . Yes, it's quite an adventure. :)
