Were people created as described in the bible, they had never eaten a completely raw food diet, because the fire and cooking was there from the beginning, i.e. genesis 3:17-19 (New King James): And you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread.
Also "Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground." [genesis 4:2]
Note that from the bibile "humanity" starts with the expulsion of the human prototypes Adam & Eve from the GoE.
