Subject:         water retention

hi all,

i am 2.5 years on 811, strayed 2-3 times for a couple of weeks at a time, but for the rest of the time have been very strict (no salt, no oil,...).

almost every morning i wake up with water retention, especially in my hands and feet. it usually gets worse with exercise (i alternate yoga, running, and HIIT). a few hours into the day it always gets better.

i observed that i retain more water after eating durian and tomatoes, which is why i minimise those extremely. but for the rest i could not observe any correlation with any other foods.

any thoughts?
