Wow. Thanks for that background information about the safety and statistics of longevity. Our standard for longevity is how many years can one live (reading obituaries), provided one is not hit by a bus or some similar trauma.

It's our generation that is setting the standard in human potential. You said that healthy people don't drop dead, so theoretically, we the strong and healthy should continue living indefinitely. Aging is the accumulation of sickness (a high toxic load), and youthfulness is the accumulation of health.

We know how to heal ourselves, which is to change the environment, creating conditions that cause health. We follow the lost ideas of Antoine Béchamp (1816 – 1908) and Claude Bernard (1813 – 1878). Whenever I'm faced with a problem, I think how can I change the environment.

I look forward to hearing about Health and Fitness Week with Douglas Graham in year 2112, which the name of the rock group Rush's fourth album.
