I'm 39 years old and am 80/10/10rv. I appear to get acne when I over-consume sweet fruit. After sleeping (not eating), it seems to diminish. The acne is the body's getting rid of something, either before the 80/10/10rv diet or during. Have moderation (not excess) of everything good, none of anything bad.
