In The 80/10/10 Diet book on page 69, Douglas Graham writes about the long-lived cultures: Abkhasians, Vilcabambas, and Hunzas. On Friday June 22, 2012 at Raw Food Central in Windsor, CT, presenter and 80/10/10 raw vegan Andrew Perlot also mentioned the Okinawans, Tarahumaras, and Kenyans as having the same caloronutrient ratio (80/10/10). Are there any long-lived low-fat raw vegan cultures, or are we the pioneers due to the inventions of transporting foods world-wide and refrigeration and due to the promotion of 80/10/10rv?
