Subject:	80 10 10 and the Return of Acne

Dear Dr. Graham,

I have searched through these posts and found references to how the 811
lifestyle can get rid of acne. However, since reading your book and following the
recommendations my acne, which I haven't had since I was 19 (I'm almost 41
now), has returned. The only difference is that I'm not as self conscious now as I
was then :). Other than this, I can honestly say that I feel amazingly well eating
this way.

Can you offer any explanation or are you aware of any reasons why this might be
happening?
