Sounds like a good idea! Well, prefast 80/10/10 I had a bit more diversity and was eating a lot of melons, bananas, oranges, spinach and romaine lettuce. My calories would come in around 3,000 a day a bit more. Today I mostly depend on dates, bananas and strawberries with a mix of watermelon, corn but I do have access to a lot more variety of greens (I love Arugala!). I'm eating between 3 and 4k calories a days. Everyone that sees me assumes that I fell asleep in the sun and have severe sun burn along my nose, cheeks and forehead. It isn't just red after I eat (it use to be that way a couple of years ago) but it persists throughout the day and gets somewhat scabby after long days in the sun. Oh, I am usually at 90/5/5 as in the past 5-6 weeks I have only had 2-3 avacado and a handful of walnuts. I hope this helps :) -Rudy
