Subject:         Need help figuring out how much greens/veggies 2 eat
Date: June 23, 2012 at 4:52 pm PST

Can someone please help me out, I’m having a hard time trying
to figure out how much leafs/veggies I should eat. I’m
currently 181 pound 5’7 in height and is on a 3,310 calorie
811 diet. Dr. Doug Graham said that “You are not following
the 80/10/10 diet if: Less than 2% of your total calories come
from vegetables and leafy greens. For true health, I
recommend consuming 2 to 6% of calories from leafy greens.
For 4% of your calories to come from vegetables on a 2000-
calorie diet, you would have to eat roughly a pound of greens
per day.” With that being said I don’t know how to do the
proper calculation to figure out how much greens I would need
to eat on a daily basis, if someone can please help me out I’d
really appreciate it.
