Dr. Graham or others,

Hello! I've posted on here a few times before with some health dilemmas that I was experiencing. To summarize it real quick: digestion issues, weight loss, chills, severe fatigue, hyperthyroidism, inflammation, 120 bpm at rest heart rate, redness in the face while 100% 80/10/10 for around 7-8 months. After a painful appendix attack I threw in the towel and went to cooked and all but the red face and digestion troubles went away. Fast forward a few months: I experienced a 30 day water only fast and everything is PERFECT for 2 months accept the redness in my face (which went away completely around day 28 but came back as soon as I started to eat again).

It has been since the end of September of 2011 since the fast and I am able to maintain weight, daily exercise etc. on 80/10/10 but I am still with chills and this redness of the face (cheeks, nose, forhead) and I feel a bit of inflammation after meals too. Could I have a weak pancreas? I'm not sure what else to say other than I am 26 male 185 lbs, 6'3 and was down to 145 lbs when I was doing 80/10/10 the first time. My vitality isn't as high as it was a few years ago- nor my strength (I have a history of physical exercise).

Thank you so much!

Much love

-Rudy
