Thanks for the kind words. I eat around 3500 calories per day, but I never count them. I just eat what I want. My training is almost never the same day to day. No routine. I train when I can, and don't when work or family issues are more pressing. I don't tend to put in long hours of training, preferring instead to make my sessions short, sweet, and intense when possible. I enjoy mixed sessions of cardio and strength, but sometimes just do neuro or power sessions, and sometimes just muscular endurance. What this all means is that I am not all that good at any one thing, but generally acceptable at a lot of stuff. My physique is not extreme in any particular way, because I've never focused on just one type of fitness, activity, or program. I'm not big, lean, super-flexible, or anything that stands out. I'm thrilled to still be active as I approach 60, and honored that younger athletes still include me in their fun and games.
