hi doug,
I am concerned about soluble fiber in fruits as it tends to
pass quickly past the digestive track.(i have BM right after
eating them)Is there possibility of malabsorption? I am
strength training and unable to improve my strength and gain
weight..i eat 3000 calories of fruits everyday,,should i
incorporate greens b4 fruit monomeals?
