What a night! Felt good going in to my fitness session, and thought I was ready to give my all. Set a ton of PBs, after doing an intense workout that was all about power.

Back a year ago, it took me 30 to 60 seconds to flip a tire once, if I succeeded at all. Of late, I've been hovering around the 10-second mark, often going slightly under 10, enough to make 2 flips in under 20 and even 3 in under 30.
Last night, I got my single flip time down to 7.9 seconds. I lowered my 2-flip time, lowered my 3-flip time, and made four under 40 and 5 under 50.

All this points to the good news that at 59, it is not too late to keep getting stronger, fitter, and better in endless ways.
