If a day goes by that I don't want veggies, and just want fruit, I don't worry about it a bit. When I first got started, there would sometimes be weeks where I thrived solely on fruit. I've come to enjoy veggies as much as fruit, and rarely go without eating my veggies, but I do have my moments. I wouldn't recommend planning on not eating vegetables for a month. Take each day as it comes. Over time, your desire for and appreciation of veggies will increase.
