I read in Greens For Life by Victoria Boutenko that if your stools have color in them instead of being light brown, it may be an indication of little or no stomach acid resulting in poor digestion and your body being unable to absorb nutrients. I have noticed that I occasionally have colorful stools and am wondering if this is indeed an indication that I am not digesting well. I figure that if I just keep with the diet it will self regulate but it does worry me a little. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
