Subject:	Psoriasis and acne for Doc. Graham and anyone with experience

I have been on the 811 diet since last wednesday (the 6th) and
so far have been feeling a little better than before - though
I was already eating mostly fruits (the only cooked thing I
ate was 200g of cooked chickpeas everyday).

Anyway, what I wanted to ask was whether the 811 diet cures
psoriasis and acne, and if so how long it would take.

I also have these very dark circles under my eyes (which I
have always had - since I was a baby!)- any ideas why?
