Subject:         not brushing teeth after acid fruit - references

This has been mentioned before, but when eating acid fruit, it's best to wait a half hour or so before brushing your teeth. Brushing too soon after eating anything acidic actually increases the odds of damage to the teeth. There are a couple references in the NY Times blog entry:
