That information is very helpful. If I listen to my body and use these
guidelines I should be close. What I am concerned about is having the
right food available . I have know idea what they will have at the Aid
stations for my race . The good thing is one aid station I will cross 3
times over 100 miles and my girlfriend will be there with the right
food. I am planing on eating Dates soaked in water and celery juice
not sure if I will use bananas but last race they worked well.
