Subject:         Fuel for endurance races

Hi
I am an Ultra endurance mountain biker. I am wondering what fuel other racers
use in a 100 mile race and how often they fuel and intake calories.
I have been experimenting with bananas and dates. I would like to know more
details of how to carry these fuels and what people are eating in a 10 hour race.
