I have checked all these (in fact I do have the PH
Program).
I am reminded that I am not following an ideal
pattern, in that I eat (banana smoothie) a couple of
hours before vigorous exercise. It has to be a
smoothie, whole fruit will given me nausea and
indigestion if I try so close to my workout.
I suppose my lunch is like the recommended evening
meal; mostly I'm home for the day and sedentary with
work, plus I have a strong craving for greens, so that
is a very large salad. It normally takes hours to
eat, as I'm working at the same time. But if I had a
day where I needed to be more active in the afternoon,
I would eat more fruit and less greens overall.
I see there is need for change, maybe to 3 meals per
day plus more light activity, such as is possible,
whilst working. I am so crazy about greens I would
still have them in the evening, probably mono.
Thanks for the helpful reminders; things take a while
to sink in! I shall work on it.
