I am aware Dr D typically eats 2 meals later in the
day.
Is skipping breakfast the optimal way, for any reason?
I find this very difficult, but can happily go without
an evening meal. As I work from home
afternoon/evening, I eat a fruit breakfast, exercise,
then my largest meal with greens at lunch, and usually
want no more.
Skipping the evening meal has been my preference since
my late teens; I don't see this likely to change at
55!
Is this type of plan as good, or is there something
extra beneficial about skipping breakfast? I know one
is supposed to burn more fat by exercising on an empty
stomach, but have also read that the effect is
minimal.
I'm more interested in long-term health regeneration
and reducing detox symptoms, than in short-term weight
loss.
