Subject:         Vitamin B12 Supplementation

I follow the 80/10/10 diet and lifestyle as outlined in your book. I still have
a deficiency in b12. What is the best way to raise my level, whether
through Supplementation or otherwise? I don't want permanent damage
from something that can be easily prevented. Thank you!
