Hello Doug

I was wondering what your sweat taste like and what is optimal?
My sweat is salty and i was wondering if thats because of all the crappy salt i have been eating before and when one is clean from that salt the sweat will taste water or?

Will celery and other sodium fruit/veggies make your sweat taste salty?
