Hi guys, I ve got some troubles with this.... Sometimes I loss overnight a couple of kilos of weight due to peeing and the next day i am dehydrated as crazy, I have to drink like 3-4 litres of water before my mouth start watering and If I eat only fruit, I get a hearbeat, I feel weird ad tired, no energy from sugar... But when i tried to eat lettucce first, than some fruit, I feel much better... Have anyone experienced this??? So should i include in every meal like celery or lettuce to avoid eperiencing electrolyte imbalance, cause it seems I am having some sugar metabolism problems due to low minerals or nerve energy... Especially when I do some sports, it kicks the detox(lossing weight) much more and it seems my body is just not able to replace those lost electroletys from fruit alone... Any advice welcome.. cheers
