Hello Dr. Graham,
In the last month I noticed that my taste for vegetable is
changing dramatically and I don't know if it is good or
normal.

I no longer like very much "light taste" vegetables like
lettuce, iceberg ecc but instead I really CRAVE (literally
mouthwathering) vegetables with very strong taste, often very
bitter, like italian radicchio, kale, violet cabbage ecc.

Also, I no longer like to eat them in salads or even cutted or
chopped, I love to eat them whole, I just grab the whole head
of radicchio for example and I start eating it with joy and
pleasure, like never before in my life.

For example I've just finished my post workout meal that was
one head of radicchio (500gr) with natural deglet noor dates.

Sometimes I can eat like three whole head of lettuce (plain,
not cutted) or radicchio or violet cabbage (for a total of
about 1Kg+).

I've never enjoyed this much vegetables in my entire life and
I love eating them this way, I'm just concerned that this huge
shift in taste is maybe a sign of some deficiency...

I'd like to have your opinion about this.

Thank you very much Dr. Graham, 811 is literally changing my
life... in better, even if I'm just at the beginning of the
journey.

Best for you

Augusto
