Exercise is an area I definitely need to improve. I work between 40 to 58 hours a week and have a shoulder/neck injury that has made doing anything active a bit of a struggle. I'm pretty much sedentary. I'm going to a chiropractor to help with the pain and once I progress a bit with that I plan to do yoga like I was doing before my injury. Other than that I don't do anything except occasional things, like going kayaking or going on a long hike but nothing regular. My boyfriend is currently building me a bike so I hope to be able to ride in a month or so. I really want to be more active especially since I am quite small and would like more muscle tone. I am improving all these areas in my life bit by bit but definitely far from my ideal at the moment.
