Subject:         Eating little instead of fasting

Hello, after 2.5 years on the 801010 diet i still had no
perceivable detox (of course i know we detox all the time.
But as an ex heavy smoker and drug user i was expecting some
of the symptoms that people so often experience and it still
did not happen). Additionally i was gaining quite some weight
(i was eating tons just to not crave cooked foods).

Now since a few weeks i never experience hunger (neither true
nor false) anymore, so i was wondering if my body is finally
ready for some housecleaning. I can not take a vacation from
work for the next 4-5 months, and i probably should not do a
full fast while working (a very demanding but amazing
deskjob). So i am wondering if either a short (e.g. 3-5 day)
fast could be advisable, or if i should really start to eat
according to true hunger (which might be very little). So far
i was always eating in a preventative way, because i was
scared i would crave denser calories and fall off the wagon
if i would not get enough calories. But i feel i am over the
initial hurdles.
