I agree Heidi, Dr G looks pretty good for his age
which I think is 59? Maybe his skin is a little dry;
that's cos he is outdoors lots living healthfully,
just as he teaches to. The biggest thing by far is not how anyone looks.
Does anyone, rawfoodist or not, match Dr G's fitness
levels at a similar age? I suspect very few if any.
