Not too badly. I tried to spit out as often as possible during the
procedure-don't know if that really helped any with the mercury
exposure. I had no anesthesia either to limit my toxins exposure. My
teeth are fine now, but the new fillings are more sensitive to cold
temperatures. Luckily, I don't eat cold things very often. I certainly
wish I hadn't needed the original fillings at all, but that was years ago.
